Executive Director of Product Strategy

Job Summary

Driving new product development and market strategy, the full-time remote Executive Director of Product Strategy will manage product portfolios, conduct market research, and collaborate across teams to enhance accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity products.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product development processes, ensuring top-tier health product offerings and managing risk analysis
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to position and promote new products effectively
• Develop and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, ensuring compliance and alignment with business growth strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years of experience in product development and management, particularly in voluntary health products
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct oversight
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex concepts and resolve issues
• Experience in building consensus and promoting team collaboration across the organization
