Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Provider Affairs and Operational Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Provider group administration function to support team development and business growth
• Develop and deploy the Provider Affairs strategic plan in collaboration with senior leadership
• Oversee the Provider lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of medical group administration experience, with 8 years in Provider program development and engagement
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Provider strategies for high-growth organizations
• Expertise in leading organizational change management initiatives
• Strong understanding of business operations and alignment of Provider strategies with organizational goals
