Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director of North America Biopharmaceutical Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global sales strategies and account plans in collaboration with the Vice President of Sales
- Recruit, train, and manage sales teams while overseeing global sales goals and account assignments
- Drive market opportunities and facilitate negotiations while monitoring team performance and expenses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors, including 4+ years in sales management
- Advanced industry knowledge with a focus on client retention and strategic planning
- Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating client-facing teams
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed
