Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of North America Biopharmaceutical Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies and account plans in collaboration with the Vice President of Sales
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales teams while overseeing global sales goals and account assignments
  • Drive market opportunities and facilitate negotiations while monitoring team performance and expenses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or business; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors, including 4+ years in sales management
  • Advanced industry knowledge with a focus on client retention and strategic planning
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating client-facing teams
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed
