Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Sales - East Coast (Player Coach).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology accounts and agency relationships
  • Directly manage a team of North American sellers while combining hands-on selling with coaching and mentoring
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring strong visibility across the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of proven experience selling enterprise marketing, media, or demand generation solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in a formal management or "player-coach" role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic client relationships
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
