Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director, Sales - East Coast (Player Coach).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic technology accounts and agency relationships
- Directly manage a team of North American sellers while combining hands-on selling with coaching
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience selling enterprise marketing, media, or demand generation solutions
- 5+ years in a formal management or "player-coach" role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic client relationships
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
