Job Summary

To drive operational excellence and enhance client delivery, the remote Executive Director of Sales Operations will lead sales operations, systems, analytics, and implementation functions while managing Client Delivery Managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and support scalable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales operations strategy in partnership with Sales leadership, optimizing sales processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Manage Client Delivery Managers and the Implementation team to ensure high-quality onboarding and ongoing client support, driving operational excellence
  • Oversee the sales technology stack and collaborate with IT to enhance systems, ensuring CRM adoption and data quality across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Healthcare Management preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations, particularly in healthcare or telemedicine
  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and lead cross-functional teams in complex projects
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships and driving go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong background in sales operations, analytics, and client delivery processes
