Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director Sales Technology and Partner Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with approved benefits administration and HCM technology partners
- Define operational guardrails and governance for engaging partners, ensuring compliance and effective integration
- Educate and coach sales teams on leveraging technology partners and develop enablement materials
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, HR technology, or related fields, or a High School Diploma/GED with 15+ years of experience
- Deep familiarity with benefits administration platforms and/or HCM systems
- Experience managing external partnerships
- Strong understanding of insurance sales and distribution models
- Proven ability to create structure and governance in complex environments
