A company is looking for an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition - Corporate Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage short and long-term recruitment strategies for critical business areas
- Build relationships with internal business groups and create efficient operational processes for hiring
- Define recruiting metrics to monitor team performance and improve candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader
- 5+ years of consultative leadership experience with clients and partners at the C-suite level
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation and sourcing using innovative strategies
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Open to remote work with availability to be onsite as needed
