A company is looking for an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition - Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage short and long-term recruitment strategies for critical business areas
  • Build relationships with internal business groups and create efficient operational processes for hiring
  • Define recruiting metrics to monitor team performance and improve candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader
  • 5+ years of consultative leadership experience with clients and partners at the C-suite level
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation and sourcing using innovative strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Open to remote work with availability to be onsite as needed
