Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time Executive Director of Talent Strategy will develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy focused on attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing workforce while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead workforce planning efforts to anticipate current and future talent needs
  • Oversee the organization's employer branding strategy across digital and social media platforms
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • Five to seven years of mortgage industry experience in a talent role or related position
  • Experience using workforce analytics and data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience leading digital recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Experience managing organizational change and workforce transformation
