Executive Director, Patient Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Patient Access & Reimbursement (Medical Benefit).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for patient access strategy and fulfillment journey for medical benefit brands
• Oversee the development and execution of access plans for all covered products
• Collaborate with brand leads and cross-functional teams to achieve broader access goals

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 6 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience, or
• Master's degree with 10 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience, or
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience
• 6 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Direct US payer, managed care, and medical benefit experience preferred
