Key Responsibilities
  • Define vision and strategy for growth across direct response channels and performance marketing
  • Own investment strategy and performance outcomes across the full-funnel DTC media portfolio
  • Lead social commerce expansion and oversee agencies and internal teams for growth and profitability


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in growth and paid media, with 8+ years in multi-channel acquisition for a DTC business
  • Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $30M annually
  • Proven track record managing diversified paid media portfolios across various platforms
  • Experience scaling social commerce, particularly with TikTok Shop
  • Deep understanding of DTC unit economics and growth levers
