Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Pricing & Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of long-term U.S. pricing strategies and frameworks
• Oversee U.S. pricing governance and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Manage payer and institutional contracting strategies and evaluate contract performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of U.S. Market Access experience in pricing and contracting
• Deep expertise in U.S. pricing, contracting, and reimbursement across various channels
• Proven financial acumen, including GTN forecasting and modeling
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
• Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder influence skills
