Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and strategic leader, the full-time remote Executive Director, Public Affairs will develop and execute integrated communications and advocacy strategies to advance the objectives of the Intercontinental Region's Commercial business, while managing a high-performing team and strengthening stakeholder relationships across diverse markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive regional communications and advocacy strategies aligned with business objectives
- Leverage insights and analytics to inform strategies and provide counsel to business leaders on external developments
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Global public affairs leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with a focus on markets outside North America
- Proven expertise in developing integrated communications and advocacy strategies that align with business priorities
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and dynamics in low- to lower-middle-income countries
- Experience in managing product launches and effective external stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree with fourteen years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with twelve years of experience
