A company is looking for an Executive Director, Revenue Cycle and Patient Access Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end revenue cycle operations and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Oversee patient access and call center operations, implementing strategies to improve care access
• Drive operational strategy and execution, partnering with leadership to align goals and optimize workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) preferred
• 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in revenue cycle or patient access
• Experience managing call centers or access centers in a healthcare environment
• Strong Epic (or similar EMR) implementation and optimization experience required
