Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Safety & Pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global safety and pharmacovigilance strategy across all development stages
• Oversee all pharmacovigilance activities including case processing, signal detection, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with global safety regulations and partner in regulatory interactions and inspections

Required Qualifications

• MD degree
• 12+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Direct experience supporting cell therapy or gene therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and safety standards
• Proven ability to balance compliance, scientific rigor, and business priorities
