Job Summary

Executive Director Specialty, responsible for leading a full-time team in real-world evidence and health outcomes research, focusing on data generation and stakeholder engagement within the specialty therapy area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of experts in real-world evidence and non-interventional study methods
• Drive innovation and align evidence generation projects with strategic business goals
• Manage the therapy area team's budget and resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent in a relevant scientific field
• 8+ years of experience in a Health Outcomes or evidence generation leadership role
• 10+ years of experience in Health Outcomes work or similar
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for observational research
• Proven track record in team management and leadership
