Executive Director Training

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Executive Director In Training will assist in analyzing nursing facility operations, act as a liaison among stakeholders, and develop budget reports while working remotely under the supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Assists in analyzing operations within a nursing facility and compiles budget projections
• Acts as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the community while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Supports clinical efforts and employee engagement initiatives to minimize turnover

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Ability to interpret business regulations and write professional correspondence
• Experience with budget analysis and reporting
• Understanding of staffing level requirements and industry standards
