Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Executive Engagement Consultant who will design and execute high-stakes executive briefings, influence organizational change towards innovative engagement strategies, and build trusted relationships across various stakeholders, all while working remotely in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of executive experiences that align with customer transformation goals
• Influence and inspire change by shifting mindsets from traditional briefings to innovative, facilitator-driven models
• Build trust across the organization by serving as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and C-level executives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements or strategic programs
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with executive presence
• Strong program and project management capabilities with a commitment to excellence
• Consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into transformation opportunities
