Job Summary
To support a dynamic engagement strategy, the full-time Executive Experience Consultant will design and execute high-stakes executive briefings, influence organizational change, and build trusted relationships with C-level executives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of executive briefings aligned with customer transformation goals
- Inspire and drive adoption of innovative engagement strategies among stakeholders
- Develop industry-specific insights to enhance future briefings and strengthen ServiceNow's position as a trusted advisor
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements or similar strategic programs
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and cross-functional partners
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with a strong executive presence
- Strong program and project management capabilities with a focus on excellence
- Entrepreneurial drive to continuously improve customer experiences in innovative ways
