Executive Function Coach

Job Summary

To support a growing coaching practice, the part-time hourly Executive Function Coach will provide 1:1 virtual coaching to clients, focusing on developing skills for time management and personal effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual coaching sessions to a minimum of 8 clients each week, utilizing effective technology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and colleagues through virtual interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience working with students or adults in educational or coaching settings
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, online learning platforms, and web conferencing tools
• Ability to maintain a quiet and professional workspace with reliable internet and technology
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to participate in onboarding and training
