Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Executive Functioning Coach for a part-time remote position, where the specialist will provide individualized coaching to clients, focusing on enhancing their organization, planning, and time management skills while maintaining professional boundaries and documenting progress.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach clients 1-on-1 virtually using established curriculum and methodology
- Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, and organization
- Document progress and communicate regularly with the internal team
Required qualifications:
- Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field
- BA or BS degree required
- Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on learning
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is a plus
- Must be available for at least 12-15 hours per week
