Executive General Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Executive General Adjuster, the remote position will manage high-severity casualty claims while leveraging existing client relationships to drive business growth in sectors such as energy and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and resolution strategies for complex casualty and liability claims
• Generate new business and expand client relationships to drive revenue growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor and senior partner to clients, enhancing market presence and credibility

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Executive General Adjuster or senior-level adjuster
• Proven track record in managing large, complex casualty losses, preferably in energy and oil & gas
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and build client relationships
• Strong background in litigation management and appraisals
• Proficiency with Xactimate and industry-standard adjusting tools
