Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Interviewer based in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Executive Screening Calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their charisma, expertise, and teaching potential
- Pivot from interviewing to recruiting by selling the vision of building a course with the company if candidates are a match
- Manage the quality control process by declining candidates who do not meet instructor standards while maintaining a positive brand image
- Oversee pipeline management to ensure a seamless transition of successful candidates to the Production phase
- Provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria based on interview insights
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
- Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt communication style to various personalities
- Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and organizing records in ATS/CRM systems
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection and backup power solution are highly advantageous
