Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Interviewer based in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Executive Screening Calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their charisma, expertise, and teaching potential
  • Pivot from interviewing to recruiting by selling the vision of building a course with the company if candidates are a match
  • Manage the quality control process by declining candidates who do not meet instructor standards while maintaining a positive brand image
  • Oversee pipeline management to ensure a seamless transition of successful candidates to the Production phase
  • Provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria based on interview insights


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
  • Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt communication style to various personalities
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and organizing records in ATS/CRM systems
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and backup power solution are highly advantageous
