Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Interviewer to engage with high-level leaders in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Executive Screening Calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their suitability
- Pivot from interviewing to recruiting by selling the vision of course development to qualified candidates
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
- Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt communication style
- Tech-savvy with experience in managing meetings via Zoom and using ATS/CRM tools
