Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interviewer to engage with high-level executives and evaluate their potential as instructors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Executive Screening Calls to evaluate prospective instructors
  • Pivot from interviewing to selling the vision of course creation if candidates are a match
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide feedback to the sourcing team
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
  • Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt communication styles
  • Comfortable managing meetings via Zoom and organizing records in ATS/CRM
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
