Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, IT - Client Computing, Executive Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-touch technology support for senior executives, ensuring rapid incident response and proactive device readiness
  • Conduct routine health checks and maintain stability of executive devices and AV systems for high-stakes events
  • Build strong relationships with executives and their EAs while providing training and support on IT tools and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in a management position
  • 7+ years in Executive IT Support or similar high-touch technical support roles
  • Experience supporting C-level executives and Board-level events
  • Advanced knowledge of collaboration platforms and AV environments
  • Experience with monitoring systems and ITSM platforms
