Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, IT - Client Computing, Executive Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-touch technology support for senior executives, ensuring rapid incident response and proactive device readiness
- Conduct routine health checks and maintain stability of executive devices and AV systems for high-stakes events
- Build strong relationships with executives and their EAs while providing training and support on IT tools and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a management position
- 7+ years in Executive IT Support or similar high-touch technical support roles
- Experience supporting C-level executives and Board-level events
- Advanced knowledge of collaboration platforms and AV environments
- Experience with monitoring systems and ITSM platforms
