Job Summary
Owning the orchestration of executive engagement, the full-time remote Executive Journey Strategy Manager will design and refine measurable journeys connecting executive programs, leadership engagement, and account priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end executive journey framework for priority accounts, ensuring purposeful and connected engagements
- Define and operationalize account prioritization and executive mapping processes in collaboration with Sales leadership
- Establish a measurement framework linking executive engagement to business outcomes and analyze engagement data for strategic insights
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or go-to-market roles within B2B or enterprise environments
- Proven experience building cross-functional operating models that span marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data proficiency, including experience with datasets and translating data into actionable insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives
- Ability to translate strategic goals into clear processes, tools, and execution plans
