Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for executive leadership cohort participants
• Design and deliver coaching interventions aligned with specific behavioral skills and principles
• Track metrics and ROI for the program, providing feedback and guidance on leadership competencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
• 5 years of professional coaching experience, including 3 years at the executive level
• Experience in corporate environments and designing leadership development programs
• Strong coaching skills and a deep understanding of leadership development principles
• ACC - Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation
