Job Summary
Supporting the Executive Leadership Programs, the full-time Associate will capture, synthesize, and translate insights from executive conversations and events into structured research and thought leadership, while working remotely in the Washington DC Metro Area, Dallas, San Francisco, or New York.
Key responsibilities
- Review and synthesize notes and materials from executive interactions to identify themes and insights
- Draft research summaries, articles, and presentations, contributing to the development of firm thought leadership
- Maintain an executive insights tracker, leveraging insights to inform consulting leaders and enhance programming design
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in research, synthesis, or insight development in advisory or editorial settings
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, political science, public policy, journalism, communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in technology leadership and the evolving responsibilities of technology executives
- Proven ability to synthesize insights from live conversations and navigate ambiguity
- Clear and precise writing skills, with a commitment to operational rigor and follow-through
