A company is looking for an Executive Manager, Growth & Innovation to drive retail analytics innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the Growth & Innovation roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and scale initiatives
• Lead proof-of-concept trials to co-design and deliver analytical solutions for customer insights and operational efficiency
• Transform validated proof-of-concepts into scalable solutions and drive adoption with clear execution pathways

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7-9 years of experience in analytics transformation within FMCG or retail environments
• Proven track record in delivering data and advanced analytics transformation programmes
• Strong structured problem-solving skills to navigate from ambiguous statements to clear roadmaps
• Outstanding influencing and business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications like an MBA are desirable
