Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Onboarding & Development Advisor, Corporate (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage onboarding experiences for C-suite and senior leadership hires, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
  • Develop customized onboarding roadmaps and facilitate leadership development programs for executives
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to newly placed executives, and analyze program metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in talent or leadership development, with at least 2 years focused on executive-level populations
  • Preferred certification in executive or professional coaching (ICF-ACC or higher, CCL, or equivalent)
  • Experience with psychometric and leadership assessment tools is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms and collaboration tools
