Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and produce documents and presentations for internal and external communication
  • Provide advanced administrative support and assist department managers in meeting preparations
  • Manage office files, schedules, and support onboarding and departmental initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Project management experience is beneficial but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
