Key Responsibilities
- Draft and produce documents and presentations for internal and external communication
- Provide advanced administrative support and assist department managers in meeting preparations
- Manage office files, schedules, and support onboarding and departmental initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Project management experience is beneficial but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
