Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Executive Operations Manager will build and manage a cohesive executive support and office operations function, ensuring leaders and teams operate at their highest level, either remotely or from New York, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Define standards for executive support, including calendaring, travel, and communication, while managing and developing the executive assistant team
- Build and manage office operations across multiple locations, establishing scalable processes for workplace experience and internal events
- Integrate executive support and office operations with broader company workflows to enhance efficiency and alignment across leadership and teams
Required qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in executive support within fast-paced, high-performance environments
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Deep experience supporting senior or C-level leaders and managing complex priorities
- Experience in building or scaling systems, processes, or teams
- Strong judgment and ability to operate in high-stakes, ambiguous situations
