Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Partnerships Lead to engage with high-level industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct executive screening calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their qualifications
- Pivot from interviewing to recruiting by selling the vision of course development when a candidate is a match
- Manage candidate quality control and provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
- Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt communication style to various personalities
- Tech-savvy with experience in managing meetings via Zoom and using ATS/CRM tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup power solution
