Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Producer focused on policy, regulation, trade delegations, and tech in the EU and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the expert for content related to policy, regulation, and trade
• Support the Event Lead across speaker acquisition, editorial planning, and stakeholder management
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth event delivery and speaker satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in global regulation, governance, policy, innovation, and trade
• Proven experience working with high-profile companies and institutions
• Experience in content production, live events, policy, journalism, or tech communications
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Suite, Monday.com)
