Executive Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Producer to lead a new AAA PC and Console ARPG project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the game development process ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality execution
• Maintain organizational structure and project plans to support high-quality work
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across distributed teams and advocate for player experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams with at least 2 shipped games in a senior production role
• Extensive knowledge of the game development process from concept to live operations
• Experience with RPG, ARPG, and Looter Shooter game systems
• Familiarity with various project management tools
• Ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful outcomes
