Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and production meetings, ensuring clear updates on budgets, scopes, and project status
• Define and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with technical and creative leads
• Oversee project teams, facilitate communication, and support team growth throughout all project phases

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in producing interactive experiences in a creative industry
• Experience with tech-based live events is preferred
• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into concrete project plans
• Experience in event production, budget management, and logistics
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
