Job Summary

Seeking a creative and experienced Executive Producer, the full-time remote position will lead the production process for Rates & Barrels, managing audio and video post-production, developing engaging content, and enhancing audience engagement in the realm of baseball storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, including recording, editing, and final delivery of episodes
• Conduct research to develop compelling content segments and innovative show formats
• Manage social media integration and community engagement across platforms like YouTube and Discord

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in producing podcasts or shows
• 5+ years of video editing experience with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro
• Strong research skills for identifying relevant topics and trends
• Familiarity with YouTube dynamics and social media best practices
• A passion for digital storytelling and attention to detail
