Executive Producer

Job Summary

Leading new business planning and guiding multidisciplinary teams, the full-time remote Executive Producer will shape brand, marketing, content, and digital experiences from initial discussions through successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Growth team to lead new business planning, scoping, staffing strategies, and delivery approaches
• Collaborate with Creative and Strategy leaders to define execution plans and bring ambitious ideas to life
• Build realistic project plans, staffing models, timelines, and budgets that balance creative ambition with operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience producing integrated agency work
• Significant experience in leading new business efforts, including project scoping and client presentations
• A broad background in brand, campaigns, content, marketing, websites, and digital experiences
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to executive stakeholders
