Executive Producer

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic production team, the full-time Executive Producer will oversee all phases of project production, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure creative excellence while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the production team throughout planning, pre-production, production, and post-production phases
• Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring alignment among stakeholders and partners
• Plan and execute integrated productions, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all workstreams

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 20+ years of experience in leading global creative campaigns across various environments
• Deep understanding of production processes, social channels, and best practices
• Strong track record of developing and managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Experience presenting creative concepts to C-Suite executives
• Proficiency in Airtable, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
