Experienced game development leaders will find a full-time remote Executive Producer opportunity responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of full-development game projects, managing client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight from project inception through launch, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules and budgets
- Serve as the executive point of contact for publishing and development partners, managing delivery expectations and resolving escalated issues
- Own overall project financial performance, monitoring budgets and making staffing recommendations to protect project health
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional game development experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale game development programs
- Multiple shipped console, PC, or live service titles
- Strong financial and resource planning experience
- Demonstrated success managing publisher or external development relationships
