Executive Producer (Contract)

Job Summary

Leading complex, multidisciplinary initiatives, the Executive Producer (Contract) will manage brand strategy, digital projects, and campaign execution in a remote, contract role while ensuring operational excellence and client partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating across brand, digital, and campaign work
• Serve as the senior client partner, managing client relationships and navigating challenging conversations
• Oversee project intake, staffing, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery health

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital, brand, marketing, or integrated production engagements
• Proven operational leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and project planning
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, writing, and technology
• Strong client partnership skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and pressure
• Familiarity with managing ongoing client relationships and retainers is a plus
