Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Video (Executive Producer) to lead its video business strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the direction and performance of the video business across platforms like YouTube and FAST channels
• Lead a team of producers, technical directors, editors, and on-air talent to ensure high-quality content output
• Develop programming strategies that drive audience growth, retention, and revenue while managing distribution partnerships

Qualifications:

• Experience building and scaling a video content business on digital platforms, particularly YouTube and/or FAST Channels
• Strong operational mindset with an understanding of how content drives growth and revenue
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience integrating sponsorships and partnerships into content effectively
• Strong understanding of modern distribution and audience development
