Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Producer: Wargaming & Simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the operating system for government programs to ensure predictable execution and mission-critical outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative leadership to form and execute a unified vision
• Lead and build teams while managing complex, multi-stakeholder client programs at the executive level

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of program management experience in software development
• 3+ years leading multi-million dollar programs in U.S. federal or defense environments
• Active or prior U.S. security clearance (or eligibility)
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract requirements
