Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to manage the recruitment of top-level executives and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire leader/physician recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to determine fit and make hiring recommendations
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop proactive recruitment strategies and maintain candidate tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
- Strong knowledge of business and healthcare environments
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
