Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to manage the recruitment of top-level executives and physicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire leader/physician recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to determine fit and make hiring recommendations
• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop proactive recruitment strategies and maintain candidate tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
• Strong knowledge of business and healthcare environments
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
