Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and leadership positions
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs
• Implement creative sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting executive and senior-level talent
• Deep understanding of leadership competencies and executive search methodologies
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
• Experience working within a BPO environment is a plus
