Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter focused on high-level executive recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Partner and Senior Partner-level roles in healthcare strategy and advisory practices
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring strategies and provide market intelligence
• Develop long-term relationships with senior executives and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least ten years of progressive recruiting experience in a professional services or executive search firm
• Minimum of three years focused on strategy and advisory recruiting at Partner level and above
• Demonstrated experience hiring VP, Partner, and C-suite level executives
• Strong networks in management consulting, healthcare, and/or healthcare IT industries
