• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and guide strategic hiring decisions
• Proficient with ATS, CRM systems, and advanced sourcing techniques
• Deep expertise in competency-based interviews and executive assessments
