Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for Director-level, VP/C-Suite leaders, and L8+ engineers
- Create executive recruiting processes, including talent mapping and outreach strategies
- Manage end-to-end leadership searches and enhance candidate experiences
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in-house focused on executive hiring
- Strong track record of hiring executives across Technical and Business teams
- Deep network of executives for effective talent recruitment
- Experience in managing multiple roles in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exceptional organizational skills to balance competing priorities
