• Create executive recruiting processes, including talent mapping and outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in-house focused on executive hiring
• Strong track record of hiring executives across Technical and Business teams
• Deep network of executives for effective talent recruitment
• Experience in managing multiple roles in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional organizational skills to balance competing priorities
