Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead high-stakes leadership searches across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own executive searches, partnering with senior leaders to define roles and land exceptional leaders
• Identify and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent through research and personal networks
• Run searches end-to-end, including market mapping, outreach, interviews, and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive search and senior leadership hiring
• Experience in retained executive search, in-house executive recruiting, or both
• Proven success placing C-suite and senior executives within healthcare or regulated industries
• Strong network of healthcare and technology C-suite leaders
• Ability to partner directly with executive leadership teams on senior hiring decisions
